Shipping
We send our packages from Laguna Niguel, CA via USPS Priority Mail. We have an order production lead time of 10 business days.
Domestic shipments usually take 2 to 3 business days to arrive. Given our order production lead time, your order should arrive in 12 to 13 business days.
International shipments usually take 6 to 10 business days to arrive. Given our order production lead time, your order should arrive in 16 to 20 business days. Our delivery estimate does NOT include the time required for the package to clear customs inspection in the destination country. We declare the contents of the package and the value of your purchase (order total less shipping) on the applicable customs form. PLEASE NOTE: International mail is subject to customs inspection and assessment of duties, taxes and fees in accordance with the destination country’s laws. The customer is responsible for payment of any fees, taxes or duties due on the package.
If you require expedited or other special shipping services, please tell us in the Comments Section of your order. We will contact you with the total cost and revised delivery date. Upon your approval, we will charge you separately for any additional shipping costs.
Please note that expedited shipments only shorten transit time, not order production time. We will try our best to get you what you need when you need it but keep in mind that some things can't be rushed. Returns/Exchanges
Wrong size? Doesn’t match that great top? If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return any product except custom/special orders for an exchange or a full refund of the purchase price less shipping costs.
If you wish to make a return, please contact us at orders@hippiechixstudio.com or 949/291-3478 to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Items must be returned within 15 days of shipment date and must be in their original condition with no signs of wear. We will credit your refund to the credit card account used to make the purchase. Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. We do not charge shipping on exchange item orders.

We recommend that you insure your return. We are not responsible for return shipments that are lost, damaged or stolen.
Order Lead Time
We do not stock our items. We hand adorn all picture buckles ourselves when we receive your order. No factory workers here - only two sets of hands. We can complete many orders within a few days but we may take up to 10 business days. This does not include shipping time. Also, custom orders tend to take longer. Please be patient with us while we do our thing. If you absolutely, positively must have your order sooner, please let us know and we will try our best to meet your needs.

Availability
Here today, gone tomorrow. Many of our items are available in limited quantities. We could ”oversell” an item before realizing it. If that happens, we will fill orders for that item on a ”first come, first served” basis until we run out. We will cancel any remaining orders for that item. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order, or an item in your order, is canceled, we will issue the appropriate credit to your credit card account. We will notify you by phone or email if this occurs.
Pricing
Sounds too good to be true? It probably is. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or programming error, we reserve the right to refuse, cancel or re-price any orders for that product. We will notify you by phone or email if this occurs to discuss your options.
Warranty
We offer quality products and stand behind them. All Hippie Chix Studio products, including custom buckles, come with a 90 day limited warranty. If you have a problem with your belt due to normal wear and tear or a manufacturing defect within 90 days of your ship date, we will repair or replace the item free of charge.

Please note the following about our products:
Picture Buckles - Our buckles are hand adorned. As a result, no two will look exactly alike. Also, your buckle may contain tiny imperfections inherent in handmade items which lend to the buckle’s overall character and uniqueness. We are happy to warranty any manufacturing defects or crystals lost during normal wear and tear. We cannot, however, warranty damages caused by extreme wear and tear. (Yes, we can tell the difference!) Although our buckles are sturdy, the finish we apply can scratch or peel and the crystals may crack or come lose if the buckle is dropped on, or knocked against, a hard surface. Your buckle was made with great care. Please handle it the same way.
Leather Straps - Our leather straps are made from the finest materials. Some of our leather straps are made to have a distressed/vintage look and feel. Variations in texture and color are normal for these types of leather and add to their appeal. As with any quality leather product, exposure to water, chemicals or harsh conditions will damage your leather strap. We cannot warranty this type of damage.
Custom/Special Orders
We would love to work with you to create a unique buckle. Personal photographs work well (Grandma Flossy, Rooty the dog, those adorable children). We’ve also had great success with maps and original artwork. Email your image to info@hippiechixstudio.com and we’ll let you know if we can do it and how much it will cost. The minimum price is $75.
Not a bling person? Can’t get enough bling? Any picture buckle shown with crystals can be made without and vice versa. Also, any picture buckle with a distressed silver finish can be made in distressed bronze and vice versa. Email us your special request at info@hippiechixstudio.com and we’ll see what we can do.
All custom/special buckle orders are final sales. No refunds or exchanges.
Gift Certificates
Can’t decide? Don’t know the right size? Please contact us at info@hippiechixstudio.com or 949/300-4213 if you would like to purchase a gift certificate. We can mail it or hold it for pick-up. Sorry we cannot send gift certificates via email.
