Frankie Rio and Julie Fulton are friends who met at their children’s elementary school in 2004. They boldly decided to go into business together two years later.

Frankie and Julie make a great team. They both share a love of fashion and art and are always looking for new and interesting ways to combine the two. They also believe that style doesn’t have to come with a hefty price tag. Their goal is to offer fun, affordable, wearable art. Stay tuned. They have lots more ideas.

Frankie and Julie run the business out of their homes. They are both fortunate to have wonderful husbands and children who support them 100%, laugh with them about their many mistakes and tolerate belt crap everywhere.

Frankie and Julie would like to thank their devoted circle of friends and relatives who have provided them with endless encouragement. Buying and wearing their belts didn’t hurt either. (Ladies, you know who you are and we love you dearly.)

Frankie and Julie both live in Laguna Niguel, CA with their families. Yes, they are still friends.
